This study includes research, literature review, local situation analysis and mapping to improve the capacities and raise awareness of local governments, relevant NGOs, experts and citizens on climate change adaptation and mitigation.
At the end of the study, which aims to reveal the current situation of local governments based on scientific and technical principles and to develop recommendations as a guide for the future, “Local Governments' Capacities for Adaptation and Mitigation to Climate Change and Policy Recommendations Report” will be prepared.
