İzmir Out-Of-School Learning Strategy Document

The second phase of the “Izmir Out-of-School Learning Model” is a strategy document prepared in line with the results of the Out-of-School Learning Current Situation and Future Expectations Report and the opinions and evaluations obtained from stakeholders through a participatory process. 

The Strategy Document includes the results of detailed research on out-of-school learning, a problem and needs analysis specific to Izmir, a synthesis of the research results and the data obtained from the participation activities, and recommendations for strategies and actions for Izmir's out-of-school learning ecosystem. During the participatory process, focus group meetings, one-on-one interviews, consultation meetings and surveys were conducted. Within the scope of the Strategy Document's Roadmap for the Future, there are 13 strategies, and 69 actions associated with target audiences within the framework of 2 axes determined as institutional structuring and education programs and 7 related topics.
